Return and Refund Policy
  • We have a 5 Days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a replacement within 5 working days of delivery. Only Replacement will be provided in case of damage or the wrong product is delivered to the customer.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We kindly request you to record an unboxing video of your order upon receipt. This video will serve as evidence in case of any discrepancies or issues.  Unboxing video must for return or exchange.
  • Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the Buyer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he/she should refuse to accept delivery and mail on our Customer Care along with details of the order number.
  • In cases, where the item/product is received in a damaged condition or the items/products are missing, Buyer must inform Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery of the products.
  • When we receive Buyer’s return, our team will inspect the product and after that provide refund or exchange within 3 days.
  • If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.  If the payment was by Cash on Delivery, we will send online credit to the customer’s account.
